Terms and Conditions of Stay
We are pleased to welcome you to our property. To ensure a smooth stay for everyone and protect both Guests and the Property, please read the following conditions carefully.
1. Nature of the rental
The booking concerns a short-term tourist rental intended exclusively for holiday use. The stay does not constitute a residential lease and does not grant residency rights.
Booking confirmation implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking and payments
A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the agreed payment.
Payment methods are communicated at the time of the booking request.
3. Security deposit / damage guarantee
To ensure proper care of the property, a security deposit is required as a guarantee against possible damage.
The deposit must be paid before check-in, according to the agreed method.
The deposit may cover damage, breakage, missing items, damage to indoor or outdoor areas, extraordinary cleaning and any other damage attributable to Guests during the stay.
- EUR 150 for the rental of 1 apartment.
- EUR 300 for the rental of 2 apartments.
- EUR 500 for the rental of the entire villa.
4. Deposit refund
At the end of the stay, the property will be checked.
If no damage or irregularities are found, the deposit will be returned in cash at check-out or by instant bank transfer within 24 hours after check-out.
If damage is found, the deposit may be retained in whole or in part. If damage exceeds the amount paid, the Guest must pay the difference.
Any deductions will be explained.
5. Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the booking must be communicated in writing.
Deadlines are calculated in whole days from the check-in date and time stated in the booking confirmation.
Any bank transaction costs or payment commissions may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
- More than 60 days before check-in: full refund of the amount paid.
- From 60 to 31 days before check-in inclusive: refund of 50% of the amount paid.
- From 30 days before check-in up to no-show: no refund.
6. House rules
- Respect the number of guests declared at the time of booking.
- Use the property with care and responsibility.
- Avoid excessive noise or unauthorised parties.
- Respect the agreed check-in and check-out times.
- Return the house in decent condition.
7. Liability
The Property is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items, for damage or injury occurring during the stay, or for interruption of services beyond its control, such as water, electricity or internet.
Guests are responsible for their own behaviour and that of their companions.
8. Acceptance
Booking and access to the property imply full acceptance of these conditions.
